Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be received by us within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal:

Once your return has been approved and you have the email confirmation for the return. you will need to email info@traplinksgolf.com with the confirmation number and order number to request the address to send the goods back to.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

A manufacturing defect, or

An error on our part (for example, receiving the wrong item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Trap Links Golf cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If you have used our returns portal to generate a label this will be deducted from your refund at a cost of £3.50
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If qualified for free shipping the original shipping cost of £3.50 will be deducted from the refund if the spend threshold is not met.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the UK within the applicable return period.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
